Make Internet great again. The #skärpning project by Make Equal focuses on addressing the issue of online hatred. As many individuals have engaged in hurtful behavior online at some point, #förlåtinternet (forgivemeinternet) offers an opportunity to apologize and contribute to a more positive online culture. Through a chatbot named förlåtbot (iamsorrybot), co-created with Domenic Lind, users can engage in conversations to identify and acknowledge any past harmful actions, followed by posting an "I am sorry" sign.

My role in this project encompassed designing the user experience, crafting animations, and creating the chatbot's overall design. This involved creating responsive animations for diverse chatbot responses, optimizing the chat UX, and designing an likable and expressive bot character through illustrations.
